C-Gig
The c-gig race is for junior rowers up to 14 years of age.
Route
The c-gig race starts by the Wohleibridge. The meandering route is about three kilometres long, and the race finishes at the Bern Rowing Club boathouse.

Conditions
All participants must be able to swim at least 300m and have appropriate insurance. All rowers must be able to present a valid licence from their national association. Applications for a licence for Swiss participants must be correctly completed and have arrived at the headquarters of the Swiss Rowing Association in Sarnen before the close of applications. Junior participants must have a completed and signed copy of the medical declaration and a signature from their legal guardian. Rowers from abroad who do not have a licence must sign a liability exemption form in the regatta office.

The helmsmen are allowed to be older then 15 years and aren't weight. Experienced helmsmen / coaches are welcome!
Enrolment fee
The enrolment fee is usually CHF 60.- per boat. Deposit: CHF 40.- per boat (CHF 20.- each for t-shirt starting number and bow number).?
Enrolment fee per club maximum CHF 300.- for scull + c-gig. Clubs should enrol their boats at the same time.
- The enrolment fee must be paid into the Bern Regatta Association?s bank account (Regattaverein Bern) at least one week BEFORE the day of the regatta.
- The deposit for bow number and starting number t-shirt must be paid when the starting numbers are distributed. Please have the correct money with you to pay the deposit. The deposit will be returned when the bow number and starting number t-shirts are returned to the regatta office.
Please observe the instructions above in order to avoid long waiting times in the regatta office. In exceptional cases, e.g. when participants cannot pay the enrolment fee on time, this can be paid in cash to the regatta office on the day of the race.
Prices
The category winner is honored by a medal.
Prizes must be collected personally at the award ceremony. Non-cash prizes may be collected by a representative of the same club. Prizes will not be sent by post..
